all but 1 of my games are missing since transfer from origin

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) a month or 2 ago
Summarize your bug so when i turn it on only 1 of my games is there (most dissapeared from when it was origin)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? well all i do is turn on and the games from origin arent there
What happens when the bug occurs? only 1 game
What do you expect to see? all the games

ok so when i converted to ea games from origin only 1 of my games went through, the others just arent there.

HI @piesel_sport Can we run through the following steps and check if the remaining games appear in your library?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Confirm in your EA Account settings page that the game shows under the Order History section

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

okay so, i checked the order history, and even when i have the game i paid for before on ea game, it doesnt show there, idk how.

many of my games and add-ons are sowing up as either not owned or just plain missing, and in a few cases can't even find them in the ea apps browser to check if it thinks own them, keeping me from even downloading them at all, some of them I've had for so long that i used a key off the disc case to register them for download, a few of which i no longer have access to thanks to some being lost at some point during the last few times I've moved, and some from ex-roommates with sticky fingers, leaving me without the game keys as proof i actually own them, all was fine before origin forced me to update to the EA App in order to keep using my games, unfortunately i don't have the hard drive space to keep everything installed at once.

I had the exact same issue, but solved it by:
1. finding a download file of the Origin app
2. download it
3. open Origin
4. tell Origin to "update" to EA.
It then opened EA and all my old games were there! 🙂

What are the steps to "Update to EA" I'm not seeing this on my app Trying to get this all fixed too as I play on both Mac and PC.

Ok so update, I checked some stuff and in the EA game help section its says "my game" above the games that i do not have in EA game, but i had them before EA game
