Summarize your bug I logged in one day to my whole game library of 10 years gone. my whole library wiped
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unsure. i assume it had to do to the origin to ea app swap
What happens when the bug occurs? no library
What do you expect to see? all of my games back
I have tried to summit a claim multiple times through multiple different ways never got a response. I've been an EA member since 2013 and have bought all of the sims games from sims2-sims4. I'm really frustrated that I've spent a lot of money on these games that I paid full price for and I no longer can play.
Rant aside. I logged in one day to an empty library. I have the icons on my desktop but it says I don't have permission to play and it prompts me to buy the game. All of my purchase history is wiped so I have no way to see everything I've bought. its like I've never bought anything. I've uninstalled and re-installed the EA app. I'm at an absolute pause on what to do and it feels like EA doesn't care. Its heart breaking because the sims is a childhood game for me.
