Any game keeps crashing my PC

No matter what site I launch it from, the EA App or Steam, games like Skate. and BF6 crash my PC, effectively turning it off. It isn't a hardware issue, as my PC is rather high end, RTX 4070. This keeps occuring maybe on each game I play, the longest i've gone without crashing would be 20 minutes, and fix would be nice because this is getting frustrating. I've cleared the cache on steam and EA app, I've verified files on both, gone and checked the anti-cheat software as well, and reinstalled again and again and there is no fix. 

As mentioned, it is not a hardware issue, it is a software issue, please help me fix this issue.
