app launches top left most of it out of screen. Unusable.

Is this a common issue? I've had similar issues in download screens previously that were way zoomed in with a weird window I couldn't adjust or scroll on.

This just started

I tried restarting and such but the app acted the same. I got it back for the moment by dragging and snapping via windows timeline. But I have to do that every time I open the app...

Time for a reinstall. Beta problems?
