Error code 201

Hey everyone,

I’m getting error code: EC 201 comes up on our iMac computer. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the EA app multiple times, the network connection works fine and the IMac has all up to date software. I’ve set the login on the EA website to ‘remember me’ and my wife runs the EA app under the same account from her MacBook no issues so I’m at wits end with it. 😴 Anyone got any ideas, I have included an image of the error code for context.
