Summarize your bug I purchased a game, but I don't know if it is downloading, because the download manager is not working, When I try to run app recovery (because I hear that fixes my download manager problem) the app crashes.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run App Recovery (perhaps only when a game is downloading)
What happens when the bug occurs? When I run App Recovery, the game crashes.
What do you expect to see? I want App Recovery to function as intended, and for Download Manager to show the games downloading.
I am trying to download a game (Spore), but I don't know if it's properly downloading, due to Download Manager only showing three dots (I assume this is the loading screen; I'm new to the app). I have heard that running App Recovery is the best way to fix this problem, but when I do, the app simply crashes. Is this meant to happen? Why is the Download Manager not loading correctly?
