EA app crashing instantly after launched, cannot access or play any EA games!!!

This problem has been arround for far too long. I CAN`T ACCESS  MY LIBRARY AND PLAY THE GAMES I BOUGHT!!!!!! Has started since the update that changed the orange icon to the blue icon.

The app literally opens and closes immediately after.  Doesn`t show any error code. Just this mess time after time trying to get to play the game i want.

Tried uninstalling and reinstaling it.

Tried cleaning the cache.

Tried repairing the app with the built-in tool.

Tried other solutions that other people suggested.

Nothing worked. What`s up  EA?  Why havn`t you fixed this yet? As from what  i saw around the internet, this is not just a  problem with my PC!  And worse... seems like ther is no irect way to communicate with no one inside EA to asl for direct help.

Running on Windows 11 pro.

What do you suggest?

    Hello brother. Nothing worked... But... it turns out, as a last resort, i came with an idea and i just unplugged a 8BitDo controller dongle from a USB port in my PC and it magically started working again, lol.  I mean, If it is plugged, it does not open. As soon as i disconnect the dongle, it opens normally. I really hope this is what is causing the issue and nothing more. I was already thinking about a full PC formatting. When i open the app and connect the ongle back, it stays up normally. So i guess it has  something to do with the dongle.. but dont know what. Any guess?

    Contacted chat already.  Sent them, but the solutions did not work.  We where like for 3 hours straight trying to solve but nothing worked. Although we were able to identify it has something to do with the windows user as when i turn it on another user in the same PC, it works. But i dont want to keep switching users just to play a game. I want it back to normal on my main account. Whats do you suggest?  Do you think this is solvable with a future app update (As this started happening when the app updated some months ago)?

    Hey XetereX​, thanks for your reply. 

    The information that it works on a different Windows User account helps us identify where the issue might be. And I agree that changing Windows User accounts to play the game is definitely not the ideal solution. To try fixing that, I suggest the following steps: 

    • Clean Boot (this will disable other background services and might help fix the problem if there's any other app causing conflicts)
    • Clear your temp files. 

      To delete them, you can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors.

      While we suggest using CCleaner, EA does not provide user support for this program–use it at your own risk. Please follow any installation guides straight from CCleaner when installing and performing program set-up. You can find help on CCleaner’s support page.

    Hey XetereX​, I'm glad you figured out what was causing the issue. I've seen others mention that unplugging USB devices fixed the problem for them as well, so it's likely that your USB device was the cause of the EA app crashing.
