Summarize your bug Upon launch of the app a yellow banner appears stating 'Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem' then any page except the main page and library won't load. All game icons within the library show grey clock icons and won't load despite being downloaded onto my PC. Relaunching does not fix the issue and makes the main page load slower.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the app
What happens when the bug occurs? The app opens and loads the yellow banner 'Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem'
What do you expect to see? A normal loading page and be actually able to open my games.

Having not played any EA games for some time I opened the EA App for the second time since being forced to use it.
Upon launch of the app a yellow banner appears stating 'Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem' then any page except the main page and library won't load. All game icons within the library show grey clock icons and won't load despite being downloaded onto my PC. Relaunching does not fix the issue and makes the main page load slower.
No games load and all are located on my PC in the same drive as the App itself. It is utterly infuriating, and utterly expected from EA.
