"Applying Update NaN%" why you not fixed this yet

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) BF 2042's Nov 2022 update and 14/12/2022
Summarize your bug Stuck on "Applying update NaN%"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to update your game using your rubbish app
What happens when the bug occurs? My game doesn't get updated so I'm paying for a Membership I cant use I should report you to trading standards.
What do you expect to see? My game updating it self so I'm able to play it

    @Verxcy69 Hey! My download was also stuck on applying update Nan% or something like that .... I just stopped the download and used the repair function and the update was installed and game began to work 🙂

    Apex Legends update which usually takes less than a minute, has been stuck on "Applying update" with a 'NaN%' for over an hour. Is there a simple fix to this? I have tried clearing cache.

    Unfortunately, I can't complete the download yet. Origin is gone from my system (Now I use EA desktop). I try to find lookalike files on %ProgramData% EA (like those found in Origin), but to no avail.

    Same here its been stuck like this for a while now over an hour. tried clearing the app cache and app recovery thing no luck!

    So when you switch or if you clicked on the o game icon of include steam profile , will it have all the data transfer and running on steam or would steam be an entire new name/data/ level ? What is result before clicking that button and result if you DO click that button after link

    The issue that was causing the "NaN%" message to appear has been fixed. You should now see the correct update progress when installing an update.
