Apps needs to update but says update system is unavailable

Question

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, running as administrator, and troubleshooting the app and nothing is working. I have never had this issue before and can't find anything about this.

If you're having issues to launch and update the EA app, can you please try to: add&nbsp;EADesktop.exe,&nbsp;EALauncher.exe, and&nbsp;EABackgroundService.exe&nbsp;to your anti-virus and firewall allow lists. Learn how to&nbsp;add exclusions to your Windows Security settings here.
