Banned account with no violation history

My account has been banned(Error code: EC-107) since oct 16 due to system abuse i tried to write a new case and accidentally closed my penalty history case there for i have no history of any penalties to appeal them and every time i reach out to advisors in online chat, they respond like AI and they dont tell me what to do, if you are an EA employee please message me and help me submit an appeal for my main account that has been banned, i never cheated and never did any actions against ea rules and i like to have a manual review for my banned account.
