It sounds as if you're trying to create the impression of not having been banned when in actuality you've taken extensive steps in hopes of getting around one.
Unfortunately, these days, companies like EA go ahead and use a hardware ban which uses unique serial identifiers connected to the basic hardware of your PC in order to ensure that reinstalling everything, including windows and creating a new account will not be enough and the ban will still hold.
The ban can be connected to your network card's MAC address or to other unique identifiers.
Essentially, their ban system is working as intended, if you were banned - and getting around it was as simple as creating a new account/reinstalling windows - then it wouldn't be very effective. They have a strong interest in their bans being effective so as to keep those customers who aren't being disruptive. Disruptive customers are generally not worth the profit they generate because it is offset by the much larger amount of profit they nullify by driving away other customers.
