Battlefield 1 and FIFA 18 disappeared from my EA Library
Hello EA Support and Community,
I have an issue with my EA account. Two games that I previously owned, Battlefield 1 and FIFA 18, have disappeared from my EA Library.
I purchased and played both games on this EA account before, but they are no longer showing in my game library.
Could someone please help me check what happened to these games and restore them to my EA account?
Games missing:
- Battlefield 1
- FIFA 18
I am using the same EA account that I originally used to purchase and play these games.
