Battlefield 2042 Didn't Fully Install. Now I can't get it to finish or uninstall
I recently tried to install Battlefield 2042 to do the 10 hour trial as part of my EA Play membership. The installation didn't complete, though. I had accidentally tried to install it on a drive without enough disk space and the install failed as a result. But in my EA App, it says it is still "Downloading", but the Downloading button is grayed out. The only option available is "Purchase a different edition". I want to retry the installation on a different drive, but I can't figure out how to do it. I looked to see if the App was listed as installed in the Windows System panel, but it wasn't listed so I wasn't able to "uninstall" it.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! :-)
Hi @ambhis23 Can you try deleting any game files that have been installed and Clear EA App's Cache, then relaunch the client and try again on the correct drive?
