It is the responsibility of your retailer to provide a functioning Product Code.
You should work toward getting functioning code or a refund.
Check the following for a list of trusted retailers (instant gaming is not on that list)

Without the required information (activation date and time), we cannot replace or refund your code.
can u please provide me the actication date and time ?
