Battlefield 4 won't launch on EA Desktop with Game Pass

My Battlefield 4 won't launch on EA Desktop and I also can't repair the game. I already tried to:

  • Put bf4.exe and the bf4_x86.exe in administrator mode.
  • Run EA Desktop in administrator mode.
  • Clean the cache of the EA Desktop.
  • Going to the _Install folder to repair MS Visual.
  • Re-installing the Punkbuster.

The only thing I haven't done yet is to verify the game files. It seems that the EA Desktop launcher doesn't have this function.

    Never mind guys, I re-installed the game again and now it's working 🙂 Thanks, EA for making me wait 1 hour to download the game again.

    same issue with game pssd ,after installation can't launch,need to reinstall？

    @pieresoft if you have the same issue as he had, also try to reinstall the game if it worked for him.

    Maybe also then try to run it as Administrator.

    I have reinstalled bf4 but it still can't lunch

    Guys, what worked for me was following this video and then when you are in the programdata folder type 'ea' in the search bar and delete everything related to the ea app. (beware, there is other files and folders appearing in the search results, so make sure you only delete ea app files and folders). Then reinstall the ea app.
