How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download Battlefield V from Xbox Game Pass
What happens when the bug occurs? Game appears in downloads as "Preparing" Wont go any further Eventually fails with error "Theres a problem with your download, Something went wrong with your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again"
What do you expect to see? Game should download through EA App
EA app wont let me download Battlefield V from Xbox Game Pass

When you have a moment can we try the following steps?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
