BF4 does not launch on STEAM and/or EA app

So I just bought BF4 Premium Edition on Steam, I download the game and it prompt me to install EA app so I did, I even signed in. The game does not launch no matter what. When I press "Play" on Steam...

    Did you try installing origin? i run the game with origin and runs fine

I had a similar problem. I just needed to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 ,because when you downloaded EA App, it won't automatically download and install All Microsoft C++ files for some reason. Like I said, you just need to download Microsoft C++ 2013 x64. For me problem was solved.
