BF4 does not launch on STEAM and/or EA app

So I just bought BF4 Premium Edition on Steam, I download the game and it prompt me to install EA app so I did, I even signed in. The game does not launch no matter what. When I press "Play" on Steam...

    Did you try installing origin? i run the game with origin and runs fine

hey im currently having this issue ive done everything and even watched the vid you linked.... it just wont open?

Make sure you delete all the files and folders related to ea after uninstalling. I remember deleting 3 things or so. If that doesn't work then i don't know what might help. Sorry
