BF4 Game Not Available In 'EA Desktop'.

Tried United Kingdom, nothing changed. Still missing Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 4 in "My collection"

Should i try other "Pricings" or "Language" ?

Same thing. No Bad company 2 and BF4. ( Netherlands this time)

Also tried a bunch of countries but no luck. ☹️

I've managed to add it to my EA Desktop library via EA play, however it still fails to launch using this app while origin works perfectly. Before anyone asks, yes i do fully own BF4.

We had a look and "Game Name Unavailable" doesn't seem to impact too many players so it no longer seems like a bug. 

Could you explain what is happening for you @Dr_No_pt?

@EA_Jason No, they show me the price to pay as if i don't own them.
BF4 only the main game shows me price, DLC's are shown as mine.

I just had a look to make sure that it is not a different issue, but this is exactly what we are investigating. Unfortunately I don't have any updates to share are this time. 

The only solution for now is to launch your games using Origin instead of the EA app.

Same bug with BF4 here. DLC's owned but not the game in EA Desktop. Any update ?

Same for me, EA Desktop show as if I don't own BF4 but it does show that I own the DLC.

There is no BF4 game in "My collection".

In origin no problem.

@Wagnard-QC Where did you purchase Battlefield 4?

I have raised a bug with the team where some games purchased through a third party retailer makes the game appear in Origin but not in the EA app, and I was wondering if you ran into the same bug.

@EA_JasonBF2042 is on the EA app.  How you sure you didn't mean Battlefield 4 ?  because 2042 there is no problem.

For BF4 don't remember where I got it it's been too long to remember . Either from Origin directly or maybe a KEY I got from a third party.

Do you see "Game Name Unavailable" when you look for Battlefield 4 on the EA app, or does it only show that you have to purchase the game?

If you purchased BF4 through Origin you should see it in your order history on your account or you would have received an e-mail with a receipt. Could you please double check?

@EA_Jason It give me the option to buy it.

I don't find anything on my mails for this. It is quite possible I got a key from somewhere else. (not directly bought on origin.)

Edit: It is from ORIGIN from the receipt. I think I may know what happened. I had my account long ago on an email that I couldn't access anymore (ISP changes) and someone from support (or maybe I could do it myself in the account manager, I don't remember) changed it to my current email that I'm using now and this email is my current account.

In other simple word, BF4 was bought on ORIGIN with a different email address than the one I'm currently using for login. But it is the same account because I asked or did myself the email changes in the past and that new email became my new login account.

Even if your accounts were merged, then it should still appear on the EA app. 

Is there a chance that you can reach out to our support team and ask if it is possible to re-add BF4 to your account?

Be sure to add a proof of purchase and mention on which account the game was purchased. 

Well after spending more than 1 hours with the EA support and two different people, it seems my specific version of BF4 isn't migrated to EA Desktop yet.

Just have to wait longer.
