EA SPORTS FC™ TeamDo you see "Game Name Unavailable" when you look for Battlefield 4 on the EA app, or does it only show that you have to purchase the game?

If you purchased BF4 through Origin you should see it in your order history on your account or you would have received an e-mail with a receipt. Could you please double check?
@EA_Jason It give me the option to buy it.
I don't find anything on my mails for this. It is quite possible I got a key from somewhere else. (not directly bought on origin.)
Edit: It is from ORIGIN from the receipt. I think I may know what happened. I had my account long ago on an email that I couldn't access anymore (ISP changes) and someone from support (or maybe I could do it myself in the account manager, I don't remember) changed it to my current email that I'm using now and this email is my current account.
In other simple word, BF4 was bought on ORIGIN with a different email address than the one I'm currently using for login. But it is the same account because I asked or did myself the email changes in the past and that new email became my new login account.

Even if your accounts were merged, then it should still appear on the EA app.
Is there a chance that you can reach out to our support team and ask if it is possible to re-add BF4 to your account?
Be sure to add a proof of purchase and mention on which account the game was purchased.
Well after spending more than 1 hours with the EA support and two different people, it seems my specific version of BF4 isn't migrated to EA Desktop yet.
Just have to wait longer.

Are you still having issues with BF4 not appearing in the EA app while the game is appearing in Origin?
@EA_Jason Still not appearing for me. I didn't contact the support team yet tho. Was crossing finger it would eventually show up by itself...

Are you not seeing Battlefield 4 specifically, or is it happening with a different game?
Specifically BF4. I have 2 computers with Origin and the EA Desktop app. BF4 only shows in Origin. When I visit the BF4 purchase page in the EA Desktop app it thinks I don't own it. I attached screenshots from my EA App and Origin App displaying all my purchases so you can see the difference.

I just installed before a while EA Desktop too, and have same problems as others. I have bought on Steam the following games: Mass Effect: Andromeda, Dragon Age: Inquisition, & Battlefield 2042, yet none of the above games showing into EA Desktop app. Also there's not even option to link my Steam into EA via settings. Only Discord option are available. Tried to link Discord, yet problem there too, ''Couldn't connect to Discord on the EA App." Trying to launch my games via Steam with a hope to auto connect with EA Desktop, yet ME:A, DA:I & BF2042 trying to install Origin again and again. Trying 2h now with every possible solutions, and still nothing. Is there something wrong with the new application?
