@EA_Jason Thanks for the link Jason. Yes, BF2042 was purchased on Steam, so we can leave that out of the equation. However, BF4 was purchased on Origin when it was released.

EDIT Following the suggestion in the link, I ran the app as admin, but there was no difference.
