BF4 keeps crashing and relaunching and immediately crashes and restarts on loop.

I try to launch my BF4 on PC through EA app and the game and EA app keeps restarting over and over and over again. I have tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, making EA app and BF4.exe and...

followed another's advice and added another user acct to windows 10. for some reason the new user works on my pc but not my main user acct.

find main bf4 application in eagames folder and run troubleshoot compatibility. seems to work now in windows 8 compatibility mode on main user
