Summarize your bug I use a steam link to play games on my tv. Ever since I upgraded to the new EA app from origin, I have been getting a black screen on my tv when I try to play EA games launched from steam ( FIFA 23, Star Wars Battlefront II). The game runs fine on my PC and responds to my controller inputs when streaming, but just won’t show the picture.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While streaming using steam link, launch an EA title that is verified through the EA app
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an icon that says there’s a connection issue with a black screen
What do you expect to see? The game I launched
I think it has something to do with anti-cheat, but I just want to play games from my tv
