I've got a simular problem, just one friend has no name (I've got no idea who he/she is) and I want to delete this friend and just like you I can't.
I hope a solution will be posted here (so I can use that too)
Mine are all "friends" I added to the Simpsons Tapped out Mobile game, since most of those people aren't EA game people they don't have profiles..... and since Tapped Out is gone, I haven't been able to remove any of them at all. It's driving me crazy, I wish there was a way to remove them or to hide the darn friends list.
