Bought an expansion pack, but purchase didn't go through
Hello everyone,
So I've bought an expansion pack, but the purchase won't go through. I've opened a Support ticket, but no one is answering. I'm wondering if I need to keep waiting and if so, for how long? (it's been a 24 hours already) or if it's safe to make the purchase again. Currently the Order History just shows "Pending" status.
Note: Nothing came into my credit card, so maybe it's okay to just try it again, but I wanted to make sure that's something that happens.

If your purchase is showing as pending, rather than trying to make the purchase again, I'd recommend reaching out to live support so they can review this transaction history with you and see what's going on with this pending purchase and causing it to get stuck.
