Hi. I'm a Korean user. I used to play sims4 on a windows laptop, which is broken, so I have to play sims4 on my macbook pro 14.
However, I can't download some DLCs on macbook. I really don't know why.
I'm so frustrated, please help me downloading these DLCs.
Those sentences in photos mean "Available on Windows"

Packs bought through Epic/Steam for Windows are not available for Mac as those clients do not provide the game for Mac users. Thank you for your reply. However, I think I have only used EA app. I downloaded these packs through EA app. Is there any way to check if I bought those 3 packs via Epic? (It's obvious I didn't use Steam.) If I used epic, do I have to buy those 3 packs again? I even didn't buy that luxury party kit , I downloaded that because it was free for a while. (It was an event)
Same problem here. I troubleshooted several times with EA Support but nothing can be done. It is super annoying, because everything worked until MacOS got also the EA App. On Origin, everything just worked fine. I can't play my game since 6 months. Apparently it's a bug, but nothing got done until now. Great and thanks for nothing :D
So I have bought several packs through origin via my Mac and I have switched over onto the EA app. However I have noticed that a few of my sims 4 packs have not been transferred and states that they are only available on windows even though I bought them on my mac through origin!! It seems silly that I should have to purchase them again - anyone been in a similar situation or any tips on what can be done?
thankshi i am playing the sims 4 for a long time I switched my laptop to MacBook Air m2 and I downloaded sims 4 again but unfortunately I can't download dlc's on my MacBook I dont know the reason it says it Is available on windows?!?! how this can happen I already buy 10 dlc and now there is sale and I was going to buy more dlc but if I can't play why would I buy ? someone please fix my issiue
The same thing has happened to me with the same packs and I have no idea how to fix it. If you figure it out can you let me know how you did it! thank you!
this also happened to me with the exact same packs. if you figured out how to fix it can you let me know!
Has anyone found a resolution to this im having the same issue im playing on a MacBook Air latest OS. trying to download the game to my external hard drive (the same HD I played with when I played with origin) I given as much access as I can to EA from my MacBook and im still having an issue. I've restarted my computer, deleted EVERYTHING tried everything all over again. im soooo frustrated!! they should just put it BACK on Origin this is ridiculous!!
Same problem here. I'm running some troubleshooting now as I don't have this problem on my macbook, but I'm running into it on my mac mini that I just got set up for the first time in a few months after moving. Packs work fine on my Linux computer, not a single problem on my macbook air, but this mini seems to be causing a lot of grief today. I'll be attempting a system update, possibly an EA app reinstall and a clean install of TS4 if updating my computer doesn't sort itself out. I'm currently running Sonoma 14.6.1 and will be updating to Sequoia 15.0.0. EA app is updating right now too, but I don't see this fixing itself as it ran an update earlier and didn't seem to do anything at all for this glitch. I really just wish the stupid app would work, or they'd listen to us and go back to Origin like everyone wanted/wants.
Update: None of my own troubleshooting worked at all. I sent in a report to EA through the app, but I honestly doubt I'll hear anything back. I think technically I made it worse because now I have two more packs that can't be downloaded that I think were downloaded on their own before I uninstalled to reinstall the game. Be mindful of that I guess.
