Bought the Discover University Pack, but it's showing up as unowned

I just bought the Discover University pack, I have the online receipt for the order and bank statement to prove it, but the website, game base, and ea app menu all say I have to buy it still. It's not showing up under "manage expansion packs" either. I bought it on the EA app menu. How do I fix this issue?
