Bulletstorm missing - purchased DIRECTLY ON ORIGIN

I don't have access to the original Bulletstorm purchased directly on the Origin. I've been asking for restoring it for nine months. It was visible in my library in the old unsupported Origin app and...

Another two months and still I don't see purchased game in my library even though I've got proof of purchase on my EA account as well as in my PayPal and bank account history.

No apologies, no explanation, same ridiculous, insulting Indian support.
