Sorry to hear that the EA App has been disconnecting. Are you seeing any error messages or codes?
If you're still facing this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the EA App is up to date
- In the EA App's settings, click 'Go Offline,' clear the app's cache, and select 'Go Online'
- Go through these connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step to change your DNS
- Try using a mobile hotspot or another internet connection to see if the error appears then
- Add the EA app and other EA-related .exe files to your anti-virus software and Windows Defender.
