EA app will not download recent purchaces. I AM NOT OFFLINE!!

I have been trying to download new packs for two hours. Was told I was not connected to the internet- that is not true. I deleted the entire EA program and redownloaded. That did not fix it. I cleared the cache MULTIPLE times. Nothing. What is going on here?!!!
