Bundle and save not working

For the past week I've been trying to use the bundle and save option when buying expansion packs. It keeps popping up with a box "this is not currently working, try again later" It has been like that for the past week, I've tried everything I can think of. Updating, Repairing, Restarting, removing all mods, I've done all and it still hasn't came back. What should I do?

    Hi @carrot1515,

    @EA_Solaire hello i have the same issue, and clearing the cache hasn't worked. i also tried app restart, uninstalling and installing. nothing has worked.

    @phab 

    Thanks, please run through the following steps:

    • Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
    • Clear the cache for the EA app
    • Run the EA app as an administrator 
    • Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
    • Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
      • Close the EA app
      • Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
      • In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
      • Click Okay the bottom of the window
      • Open the EA app client and try starting the download again

    thank you for your help. i have run through this list unfortunately none has worked. is there anything else i can do?
