Can´t approve changes

I haven´t logged into my ea account for a long time and my old email address that was linked to my ea account isn´t still in use. Now I want to log into my account but I have to approve changes before and can´t get into the app without doing so and I need the email that I don´t have anymore. 

What do I do about that?
