Cannot add items to my cart?!

Only on some Sims 4 expansion packs I cannot add them to my cart. Only those that are not on sale can be added but those are on sale cannot be added to the cart like Lovestruck or For Rent. Apart from Sims 4 expansions that are on sale I can add any other thing. It says something went wrong while adding items to the cart or gives the error ref #pricenotfound. What is the solution? I have tried app recovery, restarting trying to buy from the web site etc.

    I did all of that and it still doesn't work. now that the sale anded I still can't buy anything.
