Cannot Buy Games on the EA app anymore

I have encountered a bug wherein I cannot seem to buy games or another DLC on the EA app anymore. I was trying to buy FC25 and as soon as I reach the page for payment, the app shows that they "Cannot...

I have a similar issue. I try to buy Sims 4 Add-ons and mine says I don't have a stable connection. But I have no problems with Connection on anything else.
