Fight night Champion Add On Content Issues

I paid for premium content access and I can’t use it. What can I do? Does anybody have any advice for me? I have an Xbox one.

If you are missing paid content, then you should talk to EA support. They should be able to assist you further.

I literally have tried to get ahold of them and can’t figure out how to even chat. It’s like they’re unreachable
