That said, “cannot download anything” leaves us with a few too many unknowns to work with. To help narrow this down, could you clarify a few things:
- What exactly happens when you try to download a game? Do you get an error message, or does the download just hang/fail silently?
- Are you using a VPN or any third-party antivirus that might be interfering?
- Have you tried running the EA app as an administrator?
Also, just to confirm—are your games showing as owned in your library, and do you have enough space on your drive?
