Cannot download games via EA app - Resolved, 23 Feb. 2023

Just switched from Origin to EA App and every time I try to download Sims 4 I get an error message that something has gone wrong with your download give us a few minutes and try again. I have uninsta...

Hi all,

There were some intermittent issues last night that affected downloading games via the EA app. These issues have been resolved this early morning. 

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Dealing with this problem too but with Dragon age inquisition, only not since last night, but during the last week actually 😞 The only thing that i haven't tried yet is rebooting my OS bruh

That's what you get for just an innocent desire to replay DAI thx ea 😕

Had no probs with Origin, maybe there's a way to somehow re-add the game to the account?

    This was a specific issue that got resolved last night. I will soon close this thread if we do not get a reply.

    Because you say that you're running into a similar issue since a week, I would recommend to create a new thread for this.

      This is not resolved. Having this issue with many of the expansions and packs. Please fix soon

        Same, I've been trying to repair the game and instead I get that lovely message of there being a problem with my download. I wanna get back to playin soon.

        Same issue. Trying to download sims 4. During "calculating time" gets to 14% and then downloading error. This was my first and only free day to play a game 😢
