Cannot download games via EA app - Resolved, 23 Feb. 2023

Hi all,

There were some intermittent issues last night that affected downloading games via the EA app. These issues have been resolved this early morning. 

Are you still experiencing this issue?

I'm unable to download my sims 4 since installing ea app this is horrible and I would like to play my game. What can I do, I've already Uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache and everything but nothing has worked
