Cannot download games via EA app - Resolved, 23 Feb. 2023

Just switched from Origin to EA App and every time I try to download Sims 4 I get an error message that something has gone wrong with your download give us a few minutes and try again. I have uninsta...

Hi all,

There were some intermittent issues last night that affected downloading games via the EA app. These issues have been resolved this early morning. 

Are you still experiencing this issue?

I'm still having this issue. I can download all my add-ons but i can't play the main game even though it's on my PC.
