in-game overlay setting is greyed out, No game running.

Question

Just reinstalled windows, installed the EA app and the option to turn off the in-game overlay is greyed out. No game is running.. yet I still can't turn it off?

Fixes I've tried:
Uninstalled, Reinstalled
Uninstalled with Revo - Cleared the reg keys, deleted the EA Apps program data & app data, Reinstalled

Also while I'm at it, fix the BF1 servers please. They're running very sluggish during peak times.

So I logged out of the app, then unchecked the "sign in offline" thing and relogged in then it was no longer greyed out. Worth a shot.
