Cannot find repair button for Sims 4

Anyone playing on PC and using the EA desktop? because i don´t see a place to repair the game anywhere Edit - split from Mac thread, moved to EA App PC Tech forum (Bluebellflora)

I don´t have any mods and am going through the same problem! I tried to search for the file they say it´s corrupted, the file doesn´t exists.
