I am having an issue where when i try to install any game i cannot because i do not have enough storage on my C drive. this is not normally an issue i usually just install games on my D drive but for some reason every time i try and select a different drive to install a game on it just freezes and i cannot install the game.
i go to download a game and when i change where its installed it comes up with a blank screen and wont let me change from my c drive to a different 1
I am unable to switch from my C Drive to my D drive, which is where all my games get downloaded to. When I attempt to change install location, in both the game download menu and the account settings, all I receive is a blank folder screen.
Hello, i have a question. I have the xbox game pass ultimate and im really happy that ea play is a part of it. But now the problem: i cant change the drive, where the game should be installed. When i click change nothing happends. I cant switch the drive or even a folder. Its just white. I have not enough space on my c drive (the only drive games can install) and need my games on the e drive. But the desptop app doesnt "allow" me to change it. Pls help me. I WANT TO PLAY BF AND SIMS
