I am also having this issue, I tried to follow the clear cache on the EA page did exactly what it said, after that i couldnt unistall the app. Used Revo and got it all unistalled cant find any trace but it is just saying you already have EA Desktop installed and the optionos are launch EA Desktop or close that is all i get.
