    We have been seeing other feedback around this feature, and we should have an upcoming fix for this issue. For more details and news on this, please keep an eye on the thread here.

Hi @thejeneral,

Have you tried launching the EA app first in offline mode before starting up Steam in offline mode and launching the game? We'll want to try launching the app in offline mode prior to having Steam launch the app up instead to see if this works for you.

@EA_Solaire Do you have something else I can try? I feel like I kinda got left hanging here...

    I have tried again with updated app & fresh install and still can't get it to work. We had a 12 hour long internet outage this week, I'd still love to be able to access my game offline like I could when I purchased it... I also can't seem to find any definitive, official information on if this is supposed to work or not. If it's not supposed to work I'd love to get it forwarded to the team working on the App as feedback instead :/

        @EA_Solaire Thank you, it does appear to be working now after one of those updates.
