Cannot let me download my game

At first it was an issue with updating the sims 4, I've tried everything on the support page and nothing has worked, including uninstalling and reinstalling. Now I can't reinstall the game. I've tried everything, clearing cache, repairing (which used to work but no longer does), uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, running as administrator. I can't find any other solutions online that isn't stuff I've already tried and I really appreciate the help. I want to be able to do the in game event before it's over
