Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems installing the EA app. Can you please try to redownload the EA app installer here: https://www.ea.com/ea-app.

Then run the installer as an admin and add EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe, and EABackgroundService.exe to your anti-virus and firewall allow lists. Learn how to add exclusions to your Windows Security settings here.
