Cant complete Purschases

Hey Yall!

Im having trouble completing purchases on ea, both in app and webstore. Ive been in contact with support 3 times now for long periods of time and nothing seems to fix this..

i get an error code wich is #53000 and says: ''We had a problem accesing your account information. Sign back into your account and try again.'', see screenshot. I keep getting the same message everywhere i try to do a purchase.

Im kinda lost right now since not even support know whats wrong so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to make purchases on the EA app. I see you posted this a while ago and didn't receive any replies. I'm just checking if you're still getting the same error message when trying to complete the purchase. In case the problem persists, please let us know which steps you've tried so far.
