cant connect to internet error

Summarize your bug Unable to download games without them stopping after a few hundred Megabytes
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? download a game
What happens when the bug occurs? the game stops downloading
What do you expect to see? the game being downloaded

I have tried workarounds listed on forums and nothing has worked so far it is not my network being unstable as this issue only appears in the EA app

@knighteradan it's not on your side. It's EA incompetence striking again. How people working for EA still have jobs is baffling to me. The same problem over and over again. You would think that after the 10th time the same thing has happened they would have found a way to stop it from happening again. But no.

@EA_Kent Good to hear it's being worked on.
Is this taking priority over the installation issues some of us have been having for months? What about games not migrating from Origin?

As a paying customer, I'm really curious.

Whatever was causing the login issue also fixed the download issue happy to accept solution 👍

App is still giving me a "Temporarily lost connection" error. i even reinstalled

@EA_Kent I haven't been able to access my games for a month now. My support cases are closed the moment I submit them and I've been threatened for talking about it. My patients is extremely thin at this point.
