cant download ea desktop app because my name has "ç" in it

I am from Turkey and my windows user name has the special character "ç" in it. When I download the app creating another windows user with just latin letters it downloads just fine. I am tired of havi...

When it says to click the option: "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support".

I did not test it with the installer (my username has a é character) not also with the app but in the next days I will test it (right now I don't want to reboot my PC).
