Can't download EA Play games with EA Desktop

Hi, I have EA Play through game pass ultimate but I cannot download any EA Games and EA support are now refusing to talk to me. I know it's a problem on EA's end as I can download Apex Legends and any game pass game. In the xbox app, the game shows 0% download then disappears from the download list. What should I do?
